Title:
WELD JOINT AND MATERIAL TO BE WELDED THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006045597
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a weld joint which has superior metal dusting resistance and does not cause weld solidification cracking, and to provide a material to be welded therefor.

The weld joint has such a chemical composition as both a base metal and a welded metal therein comprising 0.01-0.45% C, more than 1% to 4% Si, 0.01-2% Mn, 0.05% or less P, 0.01% or less S, 15-35% Cr, 40-78% Ni, 0.005-2% Al, 0.001-0.2% N, 0.015-5.5% Cu, further Ti so as to satisfy the following expression (1): {(Si-0.01)/30}+0.01Cu ≤ Ti ≤ 5, (wherein a symbol of an element shown in the expression means a content of the element (mass%)), and the balance Fe with impurities. The base metal and the welded metal may further include one or more elements among Co, Mo, Ta, W, V, Zr, Nb, Hf, B, Ca, Mg and REM.
