Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld joining method of sections in which a constriction to an abutment state of the sections is small, and which can prevent the formation of a recess at a joint after grinding.SOLUTION: A weld joining method of sections comprises: a process for forming a V-shaped bevel G which is formed along a second direction De between first and second inclined faces by making a first section E1 having a first face Se1 extending to a first direction Dw, and a first protrusion Pr1 formed at a first face of the first inclined face G1 which is inclined to the first face, and a second section E2 having a second face Se2 extending to a first direction, and a second protrusion Pr2 formed at a second face of the second inclined face G2 which is inclined to the second face abut on each other; a process for supplying a melted filler material Mm on surfaces of the first and second protrusions while making the melted filler material protrude from the V-shaped bevel; a process for solidifying the filler material, and connecting the first section and the second section; and a process for removing upper portions higher than the first face and the second face of the solidified filler material together with the first protrusion and the second protrusions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
