Abstract:
A welding mechanism of a vacuum welding furnace, comprising a welding chamber (18) and a furnace cover (4) on an upper side of the welding chamber (18), a welding cavity being provided between the furnace cover (4) and the welding chamber (18); a lower part of the welding chamber (18) is provided with a welding platform (20), a side of the welding platform (20) that is close to a feeding end being a heating zone, while a side of the welding platform (20) that is close to a discharging end is a cooling zone; a negative pressure suction module (9) is disposed on an upper side of an end of the heating zone that is close to the cooling zone, the negative pressure suction module (9) being liftably mounted on the furnace cover (4); a bottom portion of the negative pressure suction module (9) and the heating zone enclose to form a sealed negative pressure cavity; a protective gas intake pipe is provided on the welding chamber (18) or the furnace cover(4). The welding mechanism of the vacuum welding furnace enables a material to be quickly welded in the negative pressure cavity, and may prevent a reaction from occurring between the material and oxygen during heating.
