Abstract:
To provide a welding robot system enabling a welding condition for a welding object to be automatically searched, and to obtain suitable welding conditions for individual base metals each including manufacturing dimensional errors.SOLUTION: A welding control device 10 comprises: a region setting unit 12 that sets one or more regions according to predetermined setting conditions with respect to a base metal shape data indicating a shape of a base metal being a welding object; a score calculation unit 13 that searches a welding condition for a base metal shape data of each of the set region from a condition database 15, and when welding is performed by a welding robot 21 using the searched welding condition, calculates quality scores indicating quality of the performed welding; and a condition learning unit 14 that updates the welding conditions so that the quality scores of each of the preset regions are improved, and outputs the welding conditions of the updated results to the condition database 15 as a learning result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
