Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a welding distortion preventing structure for membrane of low temperature tank in which no welding distortion is generated at welding a membrane and the appearance is never damaged.
CONSTITUTION: A protruding pleat 21 is formed on a membrane 4 near the welding part 11 between the membrane 3 and a membrane mounting bracket 10. The rigidity of the membrane 4 is enhanced by this pleat 21, and the welding distortion is also absorbed thereby. Thus, the membrane 4 can be welded to the membrane mounting bracket 10 without damaging the appearance by welding distortion.
