Abstract:
To improve joining accuracy of components by realizing welding equipment for hardly causing positional deviation between components, and to increase stability and durability of products by relaxing residual stress caused in laser welding of components.
A mechanism (linear guide) 11 for relatively moving a first and a second member 1, 2 is arranged to constitute so as to negate a deforming force due to expansion/contraction caused in a joining part between the first and the second member 1, 2 during the welding.
