PURPOSE: To perform easily and in a short time a set up change for manufacturing products of different size by providing a means for guiding a positioning tool and a fixing tool to any place on a base.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of left and right X-axis moving parts 2a, 2b are on a base 1. These are driven and moved in the X-axis direction through ball screws 6a, 6b, by servo motors 5a, 5b that are each attached on the base 1. A fixed positioning pin 9 and a magnet 4 as a fixing tool are attached to the center part of the outer X-axis moving part 2a. A pair of Y-axis moving parts 3a are on both sides of the X-axis moving part 2a, and are each driven and moved in the Y-axis direction through a ball screw 8a by two servo motors 7a 7b attached on the X-axis moving part 2a. A Y-axis moving part 3b is on the inner X-axis moving part 2b, and is similarly driven and moved in the Y-axis direction through a ball screw 8b by a servo motor 7b.
