Abstract:

To provide a welding material capable of preventing solidification cracks and reheating cracks generated in the weld metal in welding the Fe-Ni alloy.

The welding material for Fe-Ni alloy has the composition consisting of, be weight, 30-45% Ni, 0.0020-0.0100% Ca, ≤0.007% S, ≤0.04% C, ≤0.40% Si, ≤1.2% Mn, ≤0.010% P, ≤0.10% Co, ≤1.0% Mo, ≤0.02% Ta, ≤0.0050% O, ≤0.0050% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities.
