Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the performance of an alloy bearing by coating gold on one side of cast iron or copper alloy, casting the other side of molten metal and welding both metals.
CONSTITUTION: The gold is coated on the cast iron and this is set in a mold and the molten copper alloy is cast. In the other case, the gold is coated on the copper alloy and the molten cast iron is cast. By this method, the performance of sliding alloy bearing welding the cast iron and the copper alloy can be improved.
