Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method of a coupling capable of suppressing deformation due to heat input.SOLUTION: In a welding method of a coupling of an assembly cam shaft 10, a shaft member 30 is inserted to a cylindrical member 20, laser beams are applied to a plurality of parts of a portion to which the shaft members 30 in the cylindrical member 20 are inserted, and spot welding of the cylindrical member 20 and the shaft member 30 is performed such that each weld mark 25 is extended from an outer circumferential surface 21 of the cylindrical member 20 to an inner part of the shaft member 30 and gets to a shape gradually thinned from the outer circumferential surface 21 side of the cylindrical member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
