PURPOSE: To make a welding zone a high quality, and to attain a honeycomb panel structure body with high reliability by locally heating and melting a brazing layer positioned in the welding zone before welding, and removing impurities in the brazing layer.
CONSTITUTION: For the structure of a honeycomb panel before welding, faceplates 1 are arranged on both surfaces of the fronts and the rears of plural core materials, further, gaps among members are joined by brazing. To remove substances with low boiling points or gas contained in the brazing layer 3 of a welding zone, the brazing layer 3 of the welding zone is locally heated and melted. A laser beam is used as a heat source to melt the brazing layer. For the depth of the heating and melting part 5 of the brazing layer, it is desirable to heat and melt the brazing layer by a heat input so that a reinforcing material 2 is not melted as much as possible. After removing substances with low boiling points and gas contained in the brazing layer, honeycomb panels are butted to weld them from both surfaces of the front and the rear. As a melting method, a laser welding method is used.
