To provide a welding method by which in fillet welding of a Tee welded joint using laser-arc hybrid welding, the hardness of a fillet on an opposite-incident surface side on a surface side opposite to the incident surface side for the fillet welding, and to provide a ship using the welding method.
In the welding method of the welding 9 of a fillet 5 of a Tee welded joint 1 in which a base material 3 and a member 2 are fitted in a T-shape, by using laser beam and electric arc, a welding material 8 is fed to a fillet 7 on the opposite-incident surface side on the surface side opposite to the fillet 5 on the incident surface side across the member 2 within the predetermined time after applying the incident surface side welding to the fillet 5 on the incident surface side where the welding 9 using laser beam and electric arc is performed.
