Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the welding strength of two silver members by superposing both the members and bringing them into contact with each other, and also, dimming a contact center part of one silver member, and subsequently, irradiating its dim surface by a laser light.

CONSTITUTION: Two silver members are brought into contact with each other in a state that they are superposed, a contact superposed part of one silver member is set as an irradiated position and working for dimming the surface is executed. Subsequently, the surface of one silver member on which its dimming is generated is irradiated by a laser light. On the surface of the silver member on which dimming is generated, the focus becomes blurred, and also, a reflection of the laser light is suppressed, and the whole contact superposed body of the silver member is melted, and welded exactly surely to the other silver member. In such a way, the welding strength of two silver members is improved.
