Abstract:
To provide a welder system that can reduce variations in weld quality determination from operator to operator and improve welding quality.SOLUTION: A system collects welding video data and welder PLC control data. Then, it accumulates welding video numerical data which has been acquired by digitization processing of the welding video data for a plurality of parameters and the welder PLC control data in association with welding quality determination results. Then, the system acquires, from accumulated past data, normal time data and abnormal time data on the basis of the welding quality determination results. The system generates normal time patterns from the normal time data for each of the plurality of parameters, and compares the abnormal time data with the normal time data. On the basis of a comparison result, a parameter related to welding abnormality is extracted, and a welding abnormality determination pattern is set on the basis of the abnormal time data for the extracted parameter. Then, the welding video numerical data and the welder PLC control data are compared with the welding abnormality determination pattern to determine welding quality.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
