Abstract:

To provide a welding structure of a rotary member capable of simplifying protection of a welding part.

In the welding structure 1 of a rotary member including a gear member 5 having a gear part 3, a shaft member 7 to which the gear member 5 is assembled, and a welding part 9 provided between the gear member 5 and the shaft member 7 and fixing the gear member 5 to the shaft member 7 in an integrated rotatable manner. The welding part 9 is composed of: a gear-side welding part 13 provided at the gear member 5 and having a gear-side welding surface 11; and a shaft-side welding part 17 provided at the shaft member 7 and positioned so that a shaft-side welding surface 15 is disposed opposite the gear-side welding surface 11. The gear member 5 is provided with a protection part 21 having a protection surface 19 protruding more than the gear-side welding surface 11.
