To provide a welding structure capable of unnecessitating finishing, reducing a working man-hour, reducing a manufacturing cost and securing high weld strength and precision.
Plural recessed parts 2b are pinpointwise formed by drawing in a part of at least one plate 2 of a material to be welded wherein the plate is butted against the other channel material 1, and the channel material 1 is joined to the plate 2 by welding the recessed parts 2b. Thus, finishing after welding is unnecessitated and whereby a working man-hour is reduced and a manufacturing cost is reduced because welded metals are embedded into the recessed parts 2b and are not protruded from the outer surface of the channel material 1 and the plate 2. Also, the reduction of a weld area by finishing is prevented, and weld strength is improved because the weld area is enlarged by butting the recessed parts 2b against the channel material 1. Further, the channel material 1 and the plate 2 are difficult to be affected by weld heat and the thermal deformation is controlled to a small extent because welding is spotwise executed to the drawn part.
