Abstract:
To provide an adapter kit for converting a welding torch from a single nozzle structure to a double nozzle structure.
The adapter kit 20A is configured to be attached to the welding torch 1A having a single nozzle structure. The adapter kit 20A includes: an attachment 7A configured to be installed on a torch body 5 after detaching a gasket while a torch nozzle (inner nozzle) 6A is inserted therein, the attachment having a flow passage for supplying a second shield gas; and an outer nozzle 8A configured to be installed on the attachment 7A while encircling the torch nozzle 6A, the second shield gas being discharged through the outer nozzle.
