Abstract:
To provide a suction unit of a welding torch that enables centering in a radial direction to be made accurately while surely fixing a cylinder member at a base end side to a cylinder member at a tip side without using an another fixing member.SOLUTION: A suction unit of a welding torch comprises a cylinder member 1 at a base end side and a cylinder member 2 at a tip side. A protrusion member 11 is provided on an outer peripheral surface at the tip side of the cylinder member 2. A base end region 21 in the cylinder member 2 has a radius in which the region can surround an outer peripheral surface of a portion at the tip side of the cylinder member 1 without contacting the outer peripheral surface. In the base end region 21, a slit for fitting to which the protrusion member 11 can be fitted is formed and an O-ring OR is arranged at a depth side. With the tip side of the cylinder member 1 contacted with the base end side of the cylinder member 2, the tip of the cylinder member 1 contacts the O-ring OR, a trunk part 11B is arranged at an inner depth part in the slit for fitting, and a head part 11H runs upon a raised part 250, at the outer peripheral surface side of the cylinder member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
