Abstract:

To provide a welding wire of an Ni-based alloy which has improved properties in corrosion resistance, toughness, and high temperature breakage resistance, and also excellent in productivity and weldability.

The welding wire of the high Ni-based alloy contains, by mass%, 55-75% Ni, 18-25% Cr, 6-12% in total of either or both of Mo and W, 0.1-3% Cu, 0.01-0.5% Si, and 0.001-2% Mn. The wire is restricted to contain 0.1% or less Nb, 0.1% or less C, 0.05% or less N, 0.01% or less P, 0.01% or less S, and 200 ppm or less O, satisfies "S" + "O"<230 ppm, and contains Fe and inevitable impurities as a balance.
