Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the subject composition containing a cleaning agent and relatively high ratio of a lotion, having a desired balance between a cleaning effect and a skin softening effect sufficiently, not excessively foaming, washing out quickly, and capable of cleaning without drying. CONSTITUTION: The emulsion composition of a well balanced neutral liquid detergent and a lotion, consists of (A) a detergent portion consisting of 8-18wt.% detergent or cleaning agent consisting of an alkali metal sulfate and cocamide salt (e.g.; cocamide propyl betaine) and 0.5-1.5wt.% foam and viscosity increasing agent (e.g. sodium chloride), (B) a lotion portion consisting of 0.3-3wt.% skin softening and moisture retaining agent consisting of a petroleum jelly, a cellulose ether and an alkylhydroxy fatty acid ester, 0.6-3.6wt.% emulsifying agent consisting of an acrylic acid copolymer, a fatty acid glyceride and a polyoxyalkylene fatty acid, 0.1-1wt.% viscosity adjusting agent consisting of pyrrolidone and 0.75-1.65wt.% pH adjusting agent and (C) a deionized water or a destilled water in an amount based on 100wt.% total amount, contains 10-30wt.% total solid portion, and has 2-11wt.% ratio of the component (B) based on the total solid portion.
