To improve cooling efficiency of a lubrication oil by equipping an oil recovery hole in the clutch housing to guide the lubrication oil sticked to an inner rotor surface by a centrifugal power in the central direction of the clutch, an oil recovery hole in the brake housing to guide the lubrication oil sticked to its inner surface of the rotor by a centrifugal power in the central direction of the brake, and an oil recovery passage.
When the press operation starts, the rotor 10 and the clutch 8e decelerate but the lubrication oil sticked to the inner side of the rotor 10 flows in the recovery hole 8f by inertia along with a slant 8g of the recovery hole 8f. The brake housing 9c is affixed to the supporting member 2, and the lubrication oil sticked to the inner face of the rotor 10 flows in the oil recovery hole 9g because of the speed difference along with a slant 9h formed on the oil recovery hole 9g of the brake housing 9e. Also, it smashes against a rising face 9j formed on the outer circumferencial face of the braking house 9e and flows in the oil recovery passage 9i, and reaches around the rotary shaft 4.
