To realize an uniform and good finishing by an efficient coating/ superposing working method and a device used therefor without relying upon not only working conditions such as a season, a weather, or a working time but also an experience, a skill and an intuition of a worker, in the coating an aqueous floor polish composition onto a chemical floor immediately after application and a wet-on-wet coating method of the aqueous floor polish composition at the time of maintenance of the coated floor.
In wet-on-wet coating method of the aqueous floor polish composition and the device used therefor, a good finishing is obtained without occurance a biting by judging a timing the wet-on-wet according to the fact that a surface electric resistance value of the film after the aqueous floor polish composition is coated is 5×1010 Ω/sq or more and/or that a moisture content value of a surface of the film is less than 6.5%.
