Abstract:
The invention provides a wet-type dust collector. An atomizer nozzle for spraying water to a converter exhaust gas is arranged at an upper part of a secondary dust collector, and a flashboard (31) is arranged under the secondary dust collector. A shell (30) is contracted at the position of the flashboard (31) and has a hole shrinkage part (30a), a minimum diameter part (30b) and a hole enlargement (30c). In addition, a mixed fluid of water and exhaust gas flowing through a gap between the flashboard (31) and the inner surface of the hole shrinkage part (30a) further downwardly flows through the inner surface of the shell (30) in a layered manner, then is collected by a support part (34) just under the flashboard (31), and then is drained from an exhaust port (35). As for the mixed fluid just under the flashboard (31), dust is effectively mixed in water, so that the dust removal rate is relatively high, thereby improving the dust collection property.
