To make any harmful materials in exhaust gases eliminable in an effective manner by arranging a turning shaft in the central part of a vessel body receiving a purifying aqueous solution, setting up two rotating disks attached to this turning shaft in a level upper airspace of the aqueous solution at nearly regular intervals, and installing a rotary vane, rotating in the aqueous solution, in a lower part of the turning shaft.

A rotary vane 3 is steeped in a purifying aqueous solution put in a purifier tank 1. This rotary vane 3 is locked to a turning shaft 2 being situated in a central part of this purifier tank 1, and two rotating disks 5 and 6 are installed in this turning shaft 2, but these disks are set up in a level upper airspace at a nearly regular interval. In addition, exhaust gas is guided into the aqueous solution by an exhaust pipe piercing a wall of the purifier tank 1 from the outside, and it hits on the rotary vane 3, rotating this vane 3, while it is made so as to be mixed with the aqueous solution. In addition, plural pieces of notches for a vane surface effect are applied to each peripheral part of these rotating disks 5 and 6, and thereby dynamic lift is produced in time of rotation of these disks 5 and 6 by a small motor 7, interrupting the connection with a part of a ratchet wheel 8, and a rotation separate from the rotary vane 3 is carried out.
