Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a mechanical key (anchor) effect automatically in addition to a bonding effect on finished material by simply coating a primer comprising polymer dispersion on a concrete building frame or bed mortar, or mixing the polymer dispersion into the mortar.
CONSTITUTION: In a mortar coated bed concrete in which a primer 2 comprising polymer cement mortar is applied on the surface of a concrete building frame 1 and a bed mortar 4 is coated on the surface of the primer 2, minute fibers smaller in diameter than adhesive molecules are mixed and diffused in the primer 2 beforehand. Then, in forming of a film, a raising layer 3 comprising minute fibers is formed projectedly on the surface of it.
