Abstract:
To promptly treat wet food, and enable efficient use, without exerting adverse effects on environmental issues.
A drying means for drying wet food with hot air to obtain dried food is provided with a drying chamber 11, and stirring vanes 52 and a hot air pipe 14 which are both accommodated in the chamber 11. A combustion means for burning dried food is provided with a hot air generator 12 which communicates with the chamber 11 so that the dried food is transferred from the chamber 11. A heat recovery means for recovering combustion heat from the combustion means to supply hot air to the drying means is provided with a heat exchange pipe 102 which is accommodated in the heat generator 12 and allowed to communicate with the pipe 14.
