To obtain an image forming device constituted so that an image whose transfer irregularity is reduced and whose sharpness is high can be formed by a wet type photographic system.

This image forming device is constituted of a photoreceptor 10, an electrifier 11 electrifying the surface of the photoreceptor 10, an optical system device 12 forming an electrostatic latent image on the electrified surface of the photoreceptor 10, a developing means 13 forming a toner image by applying liquid toner to the surface of the photoreceptor 10 on which the electrostatic latent image is formed, a smoothing means 16 enhancing the smoothness of a recording medium 17 and a transfer means 18 transferring the toner image on the medium 17 whose smoothness is enhanced from the photoreceptor 10 on which the toner image is formed. Then, it is constituted so that the transfer efficiency of the toner image is enhanced.
