Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing liquid crystal display device with which latent defects having progressivity can be easily detected.
SOLUTION: Before checking the ON of a liquid crystal display device, the liquid crystal display device is put in a production device with which the test state of high temperature and high pressure can be provided. Afterwards, the liquid crystal display device is taken out of a test chamber 27 and the turning-on test is performed so that the latent defects can be detected. Concerning this production device, feed air is supplied from original pressure 19, the pressure of the feed air is regulated by a pressure reducing valve 21, the feed air is warmed by a heater 22, the feed air is fed into the test chamber 27, and the test chamber 27 is turned into high temperature and high pressure state. The temperature is controlled by a temperature controller 23, the pressure is controlled by a pressure switch 20, an exhuast valve 24 and a discharge port 25 and the temperature and pressure are controlled constant at all the time.
