The wet raw material supply device includes: a storage part for storing wet raw materials; piping arranged at the lower side of the vertical direction of the storage part for guiding wet raw materials to be supplied from the storage part to the lower side of the vertical direction; a rotator arranged to face the end face of the lower side of the vertical direction of the piping, and formed with a through-hole put through in the vertical direction; a driving part for rotating the rotator with the vertical direction as an axis; and an input port filter arranged to face the end face of the lower side of the vertical direction of the rotator, and formed with an input port communicating with the drying container of the fluidized bed drying device in any area other than the area on the extended line of the piping and the area to which the through-hole is movable according as the rotator is rotated by the driving part.
