Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a gaseous organic material in a clean room, a semiconductor producing equipment, etc.
SOLUTION: A wet-sealing material free from generation of gaseous organic materials in use is filled in a gap for the connection of wall materials of a clean room or the connection of partitions. Concretely, a one-pack polyurethane resin is used as a main component, a material free from ≤19C aliphatic hydrocarbon and ≤17C higher alcohol (e.g. microcrystalline wax) is used as a lubricant, a carboxylic acid ester having a molecular weight of ≤400 is used as a plasticizer and a phenolic compound having a molecular weight of ≥300 is used as an antioxidant.
