Abstract:
To provide a wet tissue which is extremely mild in rough skin, has little uncomfortable cold feel and skin acridity, does not discolor during its preservation and is high in antibacterial and bactericidal effects and safety.
A wet tissue base material is impregnated with a medicinal liquid containing -polylysine and/or its salt and electrolyte.
