This wet type clutch brake device 10 for connecting a flywheel W to which power is supplied from an external driving source with the crank shaft A of the press and separating them from each other is provided with a case 11, a clutch mechanism 15 and a brake mechanism 20, and an external circulation mechanism. An oil discharge passage 31 for communicating a space 10h in the case 11 with the outside is formed in the flywheel W. An oil receiving member 32 arranged to surround the crank shaft A and recover oil discharged from the oil discharge passage 31 is provided between an outer face of the flywheel W and a press main body.
