The first mist sprayer 3, the second mist sprayer 4a, the second mist sprayer 4b, and the tube group type scrubber 5 are provided inside a wet-type dust collection chamber 1a. The ozone water generation device 2 is connected to the wet-type dust collection chamber 1a through a hose 2b, and an ejection part 2a is provided at the tip of the hose 2b. In the ozone water generation device 2, ozone is ejected into the water from the ejection part 2a at the tip through the hose 2b so that the ozone is dissolved into the water, and ozone water 21 is generated. Outside air is sucked from a suction port 71 by the actuation of a blower, and after dust removal and sterilization, the air is discharged from the exhaust port 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
