Abstract:
To provide a wet vapor manufacturing device for solving the problems that larger equipment is required and a drying degree of wet vapor is not uniform resulting from the mixture of drain in the wet vapor when manufacturing the wet vapor.
The wet vapor manufacturing device comprises a first liquid adding means 4 for adding first liquid to dry vapor supplied from the upstream side, a drain removing means 5 located on the downstream side of the first liquid adding means 4 for removing drain from the vapor, and a second liquid adding means 8 located on the downstream side of the drain removing means 5 for adding second liquid to the drain removed vapor obtained by the drain removing means 5.
