PURPOSE: To provide a wet wiper capable of effectively wiping the stains on a glass surface or a plastic surface without forming an oil film and imparting an electrification preventing function by using a synthetic filament extra fine fiber nonwoven fabric impregnated with a cleaner liquid containing an electrification inhibitor.

CONSTITUTION: This wet wiper preferably used for cleaning a glass surface or the display screen of an OA apparatus is formed out of a synthetic filament extra fine fiber nonwoven fabric impregnated with a cleaner liquid containing an electrification inhibitor. The surface raw material of the wet wiper is the synthetic filament extra fine fiber nonwoven fabric. Acryl, nylon, polyester, or polypropylene is used for the raw material, and acrylic fibers excellent in the adsorbing function for both hydrophilic and lipophilic stains are preferably used. The cleaner liquid containing a cationic surface active agent having an electrification preventing effect and a nonionic surface active agent serving as a detergent is preferably used.
