In the wet wiping sheet, a chemical solution without paraben is included in a sheet base material with water retentivity. 0.0117-0.117 g/m2 polyaminopropyl biguanide, 0.254-0.867 g/m2 gluconolactone, 0.07-0.25 g/m2 sodium benzoate, 0.003-0.0116 g/m2 calcium gluconate, and 115.25-114.32 g/m2 water are included in the chemical solution in the weight per unit area of the sheet base material.
