This wheel is constituted of a center part 1 formed with an axle hole 1a, a rim part 2 formed into a cylindrical shape, and a disc part 3 provided between the rim part 2 and the center part 1. The disc part 3 is formed with outward opening parts 3a inclinedly opening to the outside, inward opening parts opening to the inside on the position shifted in the rotating direction from the outward opening parts 3a, and air flow passages 4 communicating together the outward opening parts 3a and the inward opening parts.
