This wheel bearing has an inner member, an outer member 2, a rotational member disposed between the inner and outer members, and a pulser ring 9 disposed on the edge side of the outer member 2. The pulser ring 9 comprises an annulus portion 10 to be engaged and fit with the peripheral surface of the outer member 2 and a circular ring portion 11 extending in the radially inward direction from one end of the annulus portion 10 to cover the edge side of the outer member 2. On the circular ring portion 11, a plurality of rectangular-shaped recessed portions 12 with a constant width and depth in the circumferential direction are formed, which are disposed on the circumference at regular intervals and which are open only to the radially outward direction. A circumferential irregular portion formed by these recessed portions 12 constitute a pulser 13.
