Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a wheel cap formed by providing a clear coating film layer on transfer foil after applying in-mold transfer work at the time of applying in-mold transfer work to the wheel cap.
CONSTITUTION: In a wheel cap made of resin or the center emblem of the wheel cap, transfer foil 2 formed of a base film 2a, a released layer 2b, a colored layer 2c and an adhesive layer 2d is applied by in-mold transfer work to the surface or the back face of the wheel cap 1 formed to of resin material, and a clear coating film layer 3 is provided on the surface of the transfer foil 2.
