Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of freedom for design and facilitate manufacturing by interposing a cross-shaped center plate between disc parts of left and right a pair of wheel half bodies, and integratedly connecting together these three through a plurality of sockets having flange parts and cylindrical parts.
SOLUTION: The surface side of a front wheel 27 is constituted of an outer wheel 31 as a left wheel half body, a nearly cross-shaped center plate 33 is arranged on the inner part of the outer disc part 32, and it is fitted to a hub 53 together with the outer disc part 32 by nuts 35. An inner wheel 41 as a cup-shaped right wheel half body welded with the outer wheel 31 is integratedly combined together with the outer disc part 32 and the center plate 33 on the inner disc part 63 through the nuts 35. Further both wheels 31, 41 are combined together by welding P on the position offset by F inside the vehicle width direction against a straight line L passing through the center of the thickness of the center plate 33.
