Abstract:
To contribute to traffic safety at night by pasting such a retroreflective decorative film on a surface of a truncated cone-shaped wheel cover, without forming wrinkles or air bubbles and without deteriorating reflecting properties.SOLUTION: In a wheel cover 10 for a bicycle, an axial central part assumes a truncated cone shape corresponding to an upper base part. A retroreflective decorative film 30 is pasted on a surface of a truncated cone-shaped side surface part. The retroreflective decorative film 30 has a structure in which an adhesion layer 31, a retroreflective layer 32, a printing layer 37 and a surface protection layer 38 are stacked in order from a lower layer to an upper layer. In the whole area of the pasted retroreflective decorative film 30, reflection brightness is 100 cd/mor more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
