Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel cover for car exerting a sufficiently high air- cooling effect to a brake system.
SOLUTION: In positions some inward from the peripheral edge of a disc- shaped wheel cover body 10a, a wheel cover is provided at a certain spacing in the circumferential direction with a plurality of openings 11 in a wall surface extending in the wheel shaft direction from the body surface in such a way as dropping. On the rear surface of the wheel cover body 10a, fin-shaped ribs 12 are provided which are located near inside in the radial direction about the respective openings 11 for partitioning the openings 11 and extending in radial direction approx. parallel with one another.
