The wheel drive 40 for the vehicle hangs the wheel 30 on the vehicle body with a suspension 20 and supplies the electric power to the in-wheel motor through the electric wire 72 from the car body side by building the in-wheel motor 50 to drive the wheel in the rim 31 of the wheel 30. The electric wire is constituted spirally wound around a king pin central line Ki of a suspension. A spirally wound part is stored in a storage case 74 mounted on the car body side.
