An upper arm extension member 64 is mounted on an upper arm part 54 of the pipe yoke 52 for a steerable axle by means of a detachable fastener 60. A shim 80 is added or removed so that camber can be adjusted between the upper arm extension member 64 and the upper arm part 54 of the pipe yoke 52 and an oversize dimension hole 58 is provided on the upper arm part 54 of the pipe yoke 52 so that caster can be adjusted. By such design, both the camber and the caster can be adjusted together.
