Abstract:

To provide a full design wheel for increasing axial rigidity and its manufacturing method.

(1) In the full design wheel 10, a welding section joining a rim bead sheet to a disk back surface is disposed on the inner peripheral side of the rim, a welding section is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the rim, in addition to and the rigidity raised. (2) The welding section on the inner peripheral side of the rim is welded by a low-temperature transformation wire. (3) In the manufacturing method of the full design wheel having raised rigidity, the rim bead sheet is butted on the disk back surface, is welded and joined on the outer peripheral side of the rim, and is welded on the inner peripheral side of the rim. The welding on the inner peripheral side of the rim is performed with the low-temperature transformation wire. (4) The welding 11 on the outer peripheral side of the rim is performed first, and then the welding 12 on the inner peripheral side of the rim is performed.
