To hinder noise in relative movements of a wheel holder and a hold base.SOLUTION: A wheel hold unit 50 includes: a wheel 55; a wheel holder 70 rotatably holding the wheel; a hold base 60 movably connected to the wheel holder; an elastic structure 80 deformable by relative movements of the wheel holder and the hold base; and a spacer 75 disposed between the wheel holder and the hold base.
