An annular rim 6 and a tire 5 made of an elastic material and circumferentially covering the rim 6 are provided to form the rim 6 into an annular shape and to form the tire 5 independently from the rim 6 as in the manner that the tire 5 has a rim covering portion 10 formed with a circumferential rim receiving space 11 so as to be divided into two parts by means of separating faces 12A and 12B respectively extending along the circumferential direction. The rim 6 is disposed between the separated faces 12A and 12B of the rim covering portion 10, and then the separated faces 12A and 12B are superimposed. This makes it possible to receive the rim 6 in the rim receiving space 11 in a noncontact state.
