Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve productivity and rotational stability by constituting a stay with a single body which is extended over the whole circumference of a wheel and welding a flange formed along the outer circumference of the stay to a rim portion, in the captioned wheel which has separate rim portion and hub portion connected together by means of a stay. CONSTITUTION:A stay 3 is constituted with a single body which is extended over the whole circumference of a wheel. A flange 4 is formed along the outer circumference of the stay 3, while an aperture for the purpose of light weight of wheel is provided within the surface of stay. And, the stay 3 is welded to the inner circumference of a rim portion 1 via the flange 4 and the inner circumference side of the stay 3 is connected to a boss portion 5 on an outer circumference of a hub portion 2 by a bolt 6 and a nut 7. In this constitution, the productivity and rotational stability can be improved.
