Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform wheel replacing work easily in a short time.
SOLUTION: A wheel replacing device is provided with holding frames 40a, 40b for holding both lateral wheels 4, a striking means 30 for striking an axle 3 out of both wheels 4, and a caulking means for caulking the end parts of the axle 3 inserted through both wheels 4. The striking means 30 is composed of a striking body 33 projected/retreated in the axial direction of the axle 3 by a cylinder device so as to press one end of the axle 3 and to strike the axle 3 to the other side from both wheels 4, and a striking receiving member 34 for receiving the outer side face of the other side wheel 4 on the opposite side to the striking body 33. The caulking means is composed of a pressing body projected/retreated in the axial direction of the axle 3 by the cylinder device so as to press one end of the axle 3 toward the other end, and a caulking receiving member with a caulking protrusion that can come in contact with the other end of the axle 3.
