Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve design performance while taking into consideration a sand discharge property of a sand core, in a wheel for a saddle-riding type vehicle which is cast-molded by having a hub having a hub-side hollow part, a rim coaxially surrounding the hub, and a plurality of spokes for connecting the hub and the rim, and in which spoke-side hollow parts are formed in the spokes.SOLUTION: A plurality of first spokes 21A are arranged at a hub 19 and a rim 20 in circumferential directions of the hub 19 and the rim 20 at equal pitches, a plurality of second spokes 21B which are the same in number as that of the first spokes 21A are arranged between the hub 19 and the rim 20 so as to approximate the first spokes 21A in a pair with an interval between the first spokes 21A and themselves which are smaller than an interval between the mutual first spokes 21A, and first openings 31A communicating with the spoke-side hollow parts 30 are formed at faces at which the paired first and second spokes 21A, 21B oppose each other.
